Annapurna Base Camp Trek

Annapurna Base Camp Trekking combines some of the most spectacular mountain scenery, providing a fascinating insight into the modern Mountain life of Nepal. This unique trek along high hills and snow-capped mountains to ridges, passes, jungles, fauna and flora and exquisite communities, there is everything Trekkers would like to experience. We will discover steep snow-clad ridges falling from Hiunchuli on the left and Machhapuchhre on the right to the entrance of the Annapurna Sanctuary.
The Annapurna Base camp trekking is a hike into the dazzling natural amphitheater formed by the staggeringly beautiful peaks of the giants Annapurna 1, Glacier Dome, Gangapurna, Fang and the fishtail peak of Machapuchare. Although there is only one entrance to the sanctuary itself, we follow lesser-used approach and exit routes. The glaciated and snow covered peaks of the Sanctuary form a spectacular barrier. Amazing views confront us as we trek up through the last permanent settlements to the Machapuchare Base Camp (3729m) where we are rewarded with superb views of 'Fishtail' mountain. While here, we will also visit the Annapurna South Base camp.
We start our Annapurna Base Camp trekking with a short drive from Pokhara to Nayapul. We walk to a village by the Khudi River, Birethanti(1000m). Walking through Jungle we cross several side valleys, which run into the Khudi Khola, and climb up to Hile village (1560m) for overnight, to the next point Ghorepani, Which is really amazing village for the Himalaya views, this is famous for short trekkers. We follow the path after sunrise capture of Poonhill to the Annapurna base camp Trekking. Passing through Tadapani , we reach to a traditional Gurung village called Chomrong, which is rich in traditional and culture. We reach what is known as the 'gate' into the Sanctuary – a pass between the spectacular peaks of Hiunchuli and Machapuchare.after gergous views from Annapurna base camp we follow the same way back to Chomorong and Jhinu (hot spring). After a day relaxing in Hot spring down to Nayapul and catch a car back to Pokhara. Had a great Poon Hill trek, although 5 days was too short!!! Will definitely came back and next times brave the Annapurna circuit. I would like to especially thank our brilliant guide, Thakur Sapkota & Outshine Adventure Treks & Expedition, without whom the trek would not have been the same. I would especially request his services on our return.
